He specializes in everything from motor replacements and heating/cooling systems to complex diagnostics and suspension repairs. As both owner and shop manager, Jerrod ensures that every job is done right the first time.

Stephanie keeps the front office running efficiently while supporting the entire operation. She manages billing, customer service, deposits, scheduling, and office organization. As a co-owner, her focus on accuracy and communication plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

With 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Robert does more than just oil changes. He performs brake pad and rotor replacements, brake inspections, tire repairs, new tire installations, vehicle inspections, and various BG fluid services. His versatile skillset helps keep vehicles running smoothly and safely.

Frank brings over 10 years of experience to the team, performing a wide range of mechanical services including engine replacements, HVAC repairs, suspension work, and diagnostics. His reliable workmanship and attention to detail make him a trusted asset in the shop.

Kevin has been working with vehicles for over 35 years, offering unmatched expertise in mechanical diagnostics and repairs. From major engine work to suspension and heating/cooling systems, Kevin’s vast knowledge ensures that even the most challenging problems are resolved with confidence.

Paxton operates our advanced Hunter alignment machine, performing precise wheel alignments, balancing, rotations, and tire installations. He also handles suspension work, ensuring every vehicle he services leaves the shop safe and properly aligned.

As our Service Advisor, Michelle is the bridge between customers and the shop. She answers phone calls, schedules appointments, prepares invoices, and processes payments. Michelle also assists with ordering parts and keeping them organized to ensure repairs run smoothly and on time.
